However like Hamoa and others have said we can win even with just the two secondary considerations in our favor.

1) This is only if the Appeals judges don't use the prima facie method (but use the traditional Graham approach instead), right?

2) If they use the prima facie method, then that means they first have to find the patent non-obvious, right?
