That's a good point. Possibly end of year fiscal plays into this.

Basically here is my current mindset on $BRKK.

I own 7M shares in one account and 1M shares in another account. I have owned these shares for a long time. Therefore I'll get credited 25x more shares in total if this RS goes through. This is of course because of the 1,000,000 to 1 RS with a 100 share minimum threshold. So I will end up with the equivalence of 200 shares instead of 8. Sign me up.

Now if the RS doesn't go through, then the "RS cancelled" news will come which is "good news" to the majority of OTC Traders.

Win win. Holding for now.
