LBL, let’s take an even broader view, predicated on what I saw with our CNBC-TV turned on, watching television while we are self quarantined.

Today I saw the stem cell therapy company Cellularity, and its CEO, featured in an interview. The CEO, an MD/PhD, told viewers/the whole world what his company was doing to fight the current common enemy, the Corona Virus. On a Google search, it appears the company is private. But the search revealed that Sorrento(we own 1000s of shares of SRNE) helped form Cellularity. Look at SRNE. It’s + ~ 20% today, with a 12:30pm news item PR that it is furnishing manufacturing support to the Cellularity co. as it enrolls patients in a clinical trial. Nice free advertising, eh?

In 1980, I appeared on PBS-TV, along with 3 others more deserving of TV exposure. Why me? I had worked the past years on Diamond v. Chakrabarty, sat next to Larry Wallace who argued the case for the government before the Supreme Court; had been interviewed by the late Allen Sloan of the WSJ(good op-Ed article resulted); had been interviewed, named and quoted(front page of the Washington Post) for stories on the case during CCPA proceedings in the late 1970s. The subject matter: the patentability of a life form that had been genetically engineered to eat up oil spills. Again, nice free publicity for me as well as GE, the assignee of the patent application. I became well known as a patent attorney with biotech experience.

JNJ and Abbott are receiving the free publicity now.

My suggestion: all of us should flood the media with links to news stories and videos about Amarin’s and Vascepa’s roll in combatting heart disease, diabetes and other conditions accompanying people who have tested + or - for Corona Virus, whether hospitalized or not. I have numerous video links featuring Dr Bhatt in My Stocks(Amarin) obtained by clicking north40000 above this measage. Let the media deal with any copyright clearances.

Publicity over the next months may help stabilize share price as well as assist public health by bringing knowledge of an inexpensive medication to everyone.
