Not throwing out any names, but you precisely hit on the point of the matter. To sit here and do the same thing over again for the next 2 years waiting for a reversal the trial verdict, not only is the chance great that the reversal never materializes, but by that time Amarin would have probably diluted some more, AND the great opportunities in other stocks may have disappeared.

Hire a M&A firm, get us what they can as fast as they can, and let us put what little is left to work elsewhere because chances of recouping here is slim.
