AZ, I will repost this quote because I think this is where it is misleading to everyone.........

Well, the Capital Trust doesn't have anything to do with the WMI "P's" or "K's", ... they stand on their own debt issued merit, ... the Capital Trust is specific to its three point liquidation preference, initiated when the Parent Corp, WMI found the need to file for BK, ... the WMI Capital Trust protected WMI's creditors (Point # 1), WMI's Property Trustees Fees and Expenses "Wells Fargo" (Point # 2), and finally, the original WMI Common Shareholders "Stockholders" which is what MW' the TPG' as well as AAOC understood' ...

Q: I feel when COOP releases 1st quarter earning they may need to expose 8-K info they have been holding within that report. Not sure if they can keep hiding - if true that they have a new Parent company & with new assets held by that Parent possibly WMIH Corp.

Well, In My Opinion, sequencing the "COOP" 2017', 2018' and 2019', Filings, there was the use of the SEC allowances to subdue the values of the Parent Corp., ... WMIH-Corp ... while the BK's continued' ... But Not Any Longer' ... Not NOW that the BK's have been finalized' ... Corporate Structure is only revealed annually, but the accounting mechanisms can be revealed in a quarterly' ...

If POOP has been hiding this for some reason unknown to hoard the Cash that is owed wmi equity holders for their own benefit,,,,,do you really think they will reveal that at all....If if it not revealed until one year later after the BK has closed......POOP was never guaranteed assets including WMIH outside of their 70 million, shareholders and NOL......

Bottom line: in your reasoning......Divi's and retained earnings for class 19 & 22 will not be given unless POOP reveals it......
