the Patent Office’s examiner did not consider Kurabayashi. (Id. at 246-47.)

However it is confusing (Doc 373):

The examiner did not cite Kurabayashi, which showed that EPA reduced Apo B.

More DD is required. (First of all: find the "Id. at 246-47.").
