The blinded portion of the Alzheimer’s trial is using the low doses that lead to “poor response”. Probably only the OLE will attempt to see if participants can tolerate the higher doses that had “improved response”. Someone should ask the CEO for the details of what DLT’s forced Anavex to use only the lower doses.
