If you look at historical trends of energy prices and stocks you will find that there is a pattern of a low during the fall followed by rising prices into the spring based on economic or political events. And there is probably manipulation with this also. The key with this stock remains the audit and the potential listing on the AMEX or Nasdaq small cap. With their known revenue and reserve base, compare them to listed stocks for market cap. You will find that they should not be at this level, you can speculate all day at what that level should be based on market conditions.
