Only reason for an R/S in pinky/otc land is to allow for further dilution. Period. No matter how many times a CEO says "We want to attract bigger investors, or get to a higher exchange"... the goal is always the same.

Have to believe RMD doesn't see that as an option, if they have the slighest "honest" thought of becoming a real company. An R/S would mean the end of RMD as a public company. They'd never recover.
