dark or defunct. That is our new status. Lovely. Way to go guys. That should generate some shareholder value. Well I guess the otc status of dark or defunct doesn't really tell us anything we didn't know. Guess if zaplitny waits long enough we get an update from the otc market.

I don't know why they had to hit us with defunct status. Lot's of companies that use big accounting firms like Marcum are unable to produce quarterly financial staments with 4 months. yes it does show a sinister ineptitude and incompetence and sends a clear signal that no one with any ounce of sense should think about investing a dime. But hey, 4 months to produce statements could happen to any multi million dollar accounting firm like Marcum.
