You guys need to read between the lines Bloomberg or no Bloomberg Unemployment is going to keep rising and over 6M already. People are missing payments because they have no jobs. Do you think homeowners will be able to pay a lum sum for the missed payments 3 or 6 months down the line without having a job. Use your brain, mortgage lenders will be in dire straits soon since they will not be receiving much needed liquidity from their borrowers. All the bank can do is help them or foreclose the property trust me that is not gonna help Mr Cooper in the short term. Jay Bray greediness and insensibility will cost them dearly if they do not let people pay that at the end of the loan repayment term or at least let them make partial payments. Either way Mr Cooper share price is doomed to keep falling...
