I think you are over interpreting the GABA results from the Rett trial.

What 2-73 did was move the abnormal GABA levels of Rett patients towards a more normal level. That is consistent with the restoring homeostasis MOA of 2-73.

That doesn't say anything about what 2-73 will do when GABA levels are already normal.
