Do you have any facts to support your statement that Carter will do the right thing?

"I have full faith that Carter will do the right thing for the shareholders of UOIP!"

Carter didn't do the right thing about curing the delinquencies - he allowed the stock to be revoked and it is now a private company.

Carter is a patent troll - since when has he done the right thing?
