My point is, even if I feel that they’ve done something wrong according to my layman’s interpretation, ultimately I have to wait for enforcement to act.

I can’t trust that that my interpretation is correct because there always seems like there’s some weird exception. We’ve seen our “experts” be wrong numerous times.

So, the SEC should be contacted if there’s suspected foul play.
