That's absolutely wrong. The stock transactions of company officers are required to be disclosed, period. He acquired 60M shares, and did not disclose that transaction. Wonder what he paid?

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
