who is going to claim they have been hurt? How are you going to prove that you were part of equity if you have been erased? Why would Rosen object to putting equity in the official records if it does not matter? Seems to me, one option would be to wait it out till equity no longer exists - December 2020/January 2021. Remove that option to prevent this from happening. Put equity in the official records!

Once we wait too long, then he just has to delay in order to erase us from the records! If in June 2021, they "find" all the assets -- oops sorry everyone -- too bad equity, we no longer have any evidence that you were part of the bankruptcy. Tough luck.
