Its not 17mil, it is 11 or 12mil. they have $5 or $6mil net cash as of today.

You are obviously correct about Burlend and I think everyone that reads this board will agree with you and vote against him this Fall. However, that is at best only 25% of the shares and likely only 15 -20% when it comes voting time. Plus, Twister loves him.
