Really? can AMRN go below $1 if no Buyout?

I can't tell if people are shocked and that's why this gloom and doom scenario is coming up.

I also can't tell what their realistic value is if no buyout and they go the partnership route.

Has anyone done any serious or realistic valuation work if only the partnership route happens? What is that hypothetical price per share?
