I am quietly doing the due diligence and consulting with other lawyers, considering various options including shareholder derivative, mass action, legal malpractice claims, breach of fiduciary duty.

I do not come to such a course of action lightly, especially considering the contempt I have for those lawyers who wrongly tried to drum up Class Action mischief in November 2018, but 80% drop in value when the litigation could have probably been settled, is something that demands accountability.

Whether anything ever materializes, remains to be seen.
