Here's the problem -- if you do that, and she corrects the procedural error but comes back with the same BS position on obviousness, then you lose leverage with the Circuit Court in the appeal, I think.

I think now you get the injunction, file the appeal, focus on keeping US sales up, get approved in Europe, and prepare for war next April.
