I think the play here is to sell Europe and ROW. Nothing has changed there.
Immediate share holder value.
Then roll the dice with US and appeal. But no more promotion. Let em suck balls. Now if they wanna play nice...that’s option three...but still sell EU and ROW.
Now....he told us BP was interested in Europe. Question is if it truly is robust. EU and ROW value has not changed.
Also the appeal will be filed within 9 more days according to paten lawyer on Jefferies call.
