No offense to any that are here as I do NOT know how well healed any are or aren't, but ya best have a large war chest ya know like 100 mill, since imho you will need every bit of it and probably more.

Plus ya just took on about a 5-10 year case fighting those two

I knwo I sure don't have enough to even Contemplate getting into a class action that would cost us out the YAZZOOOOOOOO and bring little imho home for all $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$that would be spent.

PLUS why don't we just wait until everything is done like have all the checks been cashed, Has HOSENUSAGAIN run his ADD in the WASHINGTON paper fro 30 or 60 days yet????????

I spent 10 yrs in a court case against an insurance company CONTINENTAL Insurance for a measly $XXX,XXX and they fought me all the way and LOST, then walked out of court and said if I didn't take half of the JURY award they would hang me up another 10 yrs in court.
