To me there is no crisis mode. I have run business with 200 employees. This is a easy decision to make.

1- lay-off almost all sales rep this week

2-focus on EU partner or BO
not sure where this puts BO maybe 10-15 pps

3 - move on

Last thing u want is to do is expand US market amrn lose generic wins. If they stop sales and promotion at least R/H will never get there litigation money back it may take them 10 years to break even. This is only options. Crush them all the only one that suffers is patients. Suck but u can’t burn cash. I hedged my position during this trial just in case still in the green bought some calls yesterday I think oversold. Hope we see 8 in coming weeks but no BO this will slip back below 3 and fade away.
