Pegs1. About the PROVISIONAL PATENT!

1) THE P-"PATENT" just requires a specification, i.e. a description & drawings of the product!

2) KEY points...the P-Patent does not require formal Patent claims, not Inventors' oaths or declarations, any IDS (Information Disclosure Statement) or

3) Very importantly, "there is NO EXAMINATION of the Patentability of the Application In view of the prior art, is performed!" This means a whole lot of further work has to be done in order to obtain a Patent Application, which is where the stringent rules come into play! The Boys will have to prove that their product is "Above" the prior art in uniqueness!

WIKIPEDIA and others!! In fact, the final statement issued by Wikipedia is: "There is no such thing as a PROVISIONAL PATENT!!!

Anybody with a good idea and $199.00 bucks can be awarded a P-Patent if he or she complies with the simple requirements outlined above!!

I truly hope the Boys have the expertise within their system to further along their Idea(s)!!
