FORDGT: "This company has already DONE a reverse split?" So ...?????????????? That was prior to 2006. What will keep them from doing another one?
How long have you been putting money to penny stocks, dude?! Pinksheet/OCT companies are NOTORIOUS for their R/S once their share price gets so low that no one is willing to buy their dilluted shares anymore. They do R/S after R/S ... like 1000 to 1 ratios, if not higher!
Pinsheet/OCT companies who have done ONE humungous R/S can be compared to murdering someone. After you have done it ONCE (I'm told) ... it's much easier to do it AGAIN and AGAIN!
If KSWJ truly cared for the reputation of the company we ONCE knew ... we would have heard from them by now in a BELIEVABLE way. If KSWJ truly had something the oil industry could benefit from ... they would NOT have run for cover once the SEC started sniffing their knickers.
Having said the above ... remember ... Janice and I are seriously thinking about buying a controlling interest in ... uhhh .... let's see -- if we knew how to get in contact with owners of the company, we might make them an offer.
Uhhh ... yeah ... if we hold a controlling interst of shares of KSWJ ... we have to persuade KSWJ management that we have full intentions of looking out for all the LONG shareholders .... providing we have SOME WAY of getting in contact with management. Thus far, indications are, even the SEC can't! Surely WE haven't been able to.
Dern. How frustrating. An opportunity of a lifetime sitting right here at the tip of our fingers in controlling a company, but like a dissappearing vapor ... management just can't be contacted.
For the life of us, we just can't understand WHY. Can you offer us any way we could do that?
Ahhh ... suddenly it has COME to me! Obscurity is their business model! Opperate in complete obscurity and vagueness, and you will inevitably find a group of marketeers who will scarf up cheap shares and THEN pump out one of the most sensational "undiscovered gems in pennyland."
Or - maybe not.
Maybe ... YOU will be our last hope, FORD. Maybe ... as we bury our worthless shares of KSWJ shares in the grave, you will be their to minister resurrection hope!
Maybe ... KSWJ will resurrect with EM-200! Tell us it is SO!
