I just noticed that Elituv and all his buddies granted themselves each another 2.5M shares on the 30th last month. That brings the total to 5.5M shares each after giving themselves 1M shares on March 3.

At $.075, that values each of their holdings at $412,500.

Side note..... split adjusted the stock was over $4000 two years ago. Isn't it great that after two R/Ss that wiped out common shareholders, that the ones responsible for the decline in the sp simply award themselves shares to boost their holdings?

And that's just the last 2 R/Ss. Accounting for the last 4 R/Ss, the sp was in the multi millions of dollars.
