Duke, i see your idea very similar as what I summarized as 2), 3) or combined if I am not mistaken.

The us mkt is dead in my book unless:
1) we can settle now by leveraging Teva
2) file a new suit with new patent; or
3) win the appeal in two year. If we win, yeah, everything will pay off. But what if lose again? Based on amrn past performance, they probably will barely break even with dtc spending and slow up taking reps. So no point to business as usual for US imo given the high chance to lose again. Unless they want to bet again, this is reckless to me. In my mind, should seriously scale down ASAP.
