“As of March 30, 2020, there were 443,354,541 shares of the registrant’s common stock outstanding and 23,000,000 shares of the registrant’s preferred stock.”

So, why are you implying that the company that touched .0019 today will “most likely need a reverse split to achieve .0020”?
