Negotiating with generics is the only strategy I have seen discussed by you and zman that makes any sense to being made whole again and getting back on track to securing a BO. Many speculated that once we won the patent case (which we were all so sure of) that there was a BO in the works. Well, if we can settle with generics now with cash and reduced years of protection, as the point has been made may make the most sense to them, then we can be back on track. We will lose some premium for giving up some US sales but we would be a whole lot better then running the course on an appeal.
