to the fleeced SHs by keeping the business license alive in Nevada.

That seems to be a constant theme in scam companies. Again as an example, n-t-ek's Nevada business license was revoked after almost 2 years in errors, but it suddenly was renewed within a week that it was announced on the n-t-ek board as revoked, and only renewed til July 2020. Half a year?

They all do this.
