CAVEAT EMPTOR - BUYER BEWARE

Don't believe all of the hype & innuendo that you are hearing.

Here is the truth about ARYC:

The OTC has marked this stock with the Skull & Crossbones designation (which means that there is a "public interest concern associated with the company").

The OTC has marked this stock with the Dark or Defunct designation (since they have gone completely dark after filing SEC Form 15 in August 2019).

They have eluded posting financials for over 4 years (16+ quarters).

They have had 2 auditors resign on them over the past few years.

They sell a product (Pinnertest) that is shoddy science and is NOT recommended by many medical associations (including the American Academy of Allergy (AAAAI), Asthma and Immunology, American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, & National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases).

They sold off one of their most promising products (OvaDX) about 11 years ago (2009).

Another promising product (the Food Safety Test) has been tied up in court (against Taub et al) for over 4 years (with no end in sight).
