$8-$12billion. If they’re smart and fast.

If they are stuck in the mud, slow out of the gate then will be lucky to get $6billion.

I’m not saying I like these #s, I hate them, it’s a robbery but it’s better than bag holding next 1-2 years watching a legal fight while stuck in the $3-$5pps range circa pre reduce it.

If they are aggressive now I believe you can get bidders in play & a $20-$30 pps walkoff before EMA is still tangible.

That’s why I’m so strong in my belief they need to rub the tears out fast. Get the blood off the face and see what’s truly in front of them. EMA is 90 days then 4 months or less, you better believe a buyer wants optimal time at entry, not after.

Europe clock is ticking. Because of that the optimal window is now.
