After having lived through the first AD-Com in 2013, and continuing to hold through and until today.... I can say for certain that how I felt the night of October 13, 2013 and what I am feeling tonight are like night and day.

In 2013 - so many of us wrote AMRN off as done - many sold - and some of us stayed because we had no where else to go and were so far in that to pull out would have been financially devastating. The difference between that night and tonight was that back then - we were a chat board - that had the crap kicked out of us and didn't know what to do or say to give ourselves comfort. THat night.... EPADI was born. While it hasn't played a role in awhile - it certainly helped to educate many of us what was going on and help us make better informed decisions.

Fast forward to tonight - with so many of us having been here for so long - and seeing so many various experts join our group over the years - I am much calmer with the comments I am reading ....believing that there still may be light at the end of the tunnel.

So we lost the patent case on perhaps questionable findings - however, this is what appeals are for. AMRN has had some success in court - like first amendment - and looking at some comments here regarding flawed application of the law or flawed understanding of studies upon which this bad decision is based - certainly gives me hope things will work out. Waiting another few years certainly was not what I was hoping for - especially since I spent the last two years coming out of retirement and putting a chunk of change down on AmRN - however - unlike 2013 - I'm not having a meltdown, I will still fall asleep tonight - and most importantly I, my family, and the majority of you here are healthy and safe.

Like before - we will get through this. Perhaps not totally unscathed - but not as bad as it would be by dumping in a panic.

Keep up the comments guys - they are this evening's tranquilizer.
