Tal the other option is basically close up shop in the US ...lay off all sales reps etc but maintain existing supplies for current patients
Conserve cash and negotiate a deal for the EU where AMRN still has 10 yrs exclusivity .

You spend $ building the market here ..generics will just say thank you when they move in ...in about 1.5 to 2 yrs .
