Amarin doesn't have the cash that would be needed to settle even for 5 yrs imo.

dm, assuming they can get an injunction for the MARINE indication and post a bond, that buys them some time...what 2 years? Also assume that a market that's not mature is not as profitable to a generic, so is a possibility of a settlement with early entry possible or even legal? An example is entry in 2025. The market would be more developed which would benefit the generics. AMRN would get something. To much to ask?
