I agree no one know but my point was if there is a sufficient delay 30-90 days or more due to sickness then it should be conveyed to those that will be effected. If she conveys judgment on the 3 or 8 no need to convey. Do you agree or do you think if she can’t get a judgment by May June July this would be acceptable? At what point is there a retail she can’t wait years can she? My point is on or about 31 should work anything beyond 4-15-20 should be conveyed to those effected and a reason must be produced.
