Burlend shares and the whole BOD need more. That affects nothing within the company, this is a simple problem that any company that cared about growth would do for many reasons. One simply being that fact that it matters greatly to the shareholder & potential sharholders. This problem has been addressed multiple times, and was addressed personally at the shareholder meeting this year again to which it is clear the answer was a brush off.

I like the idea of the CEO controlling the BOD in a micro-cap company. He has the vision for what the company can be.

My personal view on what is happening is that if the BOD had a nice stake in the company I would not be worried about the steps virtra is taking to grow. When I see the COO with 0.000%, I cant take that risk with my investment.
