~ in my DD packet relieveMD is a acquisition target and is going to be swallowing the pharmacy in a merger thus explaing the form 15 merger process see the language in the pitchdeck "whereby it seemlesly mentioned proprietary formulations since 1974"
~we have definitive proof Andrey owns relieveMD a deleware registered company. they were seeking $3.25M crowd fund for relieveMD from goldfingr way back when and have gotten it because Omni was listed as a partner of goldfingr up until I inquired and they removed it since then.
~ Omni was slated to relaunch in 2020 per the savvy fast track timeline and the virus has impacted this to what extent it's unclear.
~i got a reply back about the websites being down back in 2019 and was told this was intentional
~ I then asked about the timeline that's how I got the relaunch estimated timeline of 2020 and they went dark in 2017 I used the pitchdeck in my DD packet to build this timeline combined with company PR's mentioning savvy fast track.
~ I then explained my inquiry to goldfingr got the logo removed they indicated they knew about this.
~ news is coming for 2020 just depends on the economic impact of the virus to their relaunch. they don't have a lot of overhead so they should wether this just fine.
