Bored with the ignorance and manipulation.

The press release at this link simply disproves the misinformation.

It announces, in fact, the first step taken by Paul Knudson (CEO) in formally taking control of the TCEL ticker (now CBTC) before the numerous steps taken over the following months to launch the XTRA Bitcoin, Inc. business - including company name change and ticker symbol change, years of financial reports filed and more to become current.

Prior to this, Knudson had nothing to do with what was then TCEL (now CBTC).
