No such thing of a share swap has happened with EMPM. If there were even a plan for such a thing, they’d have to present a detailed plan of what they were doing in an 8K, and there has been no such thing. The other thing those Korean shareholders would have an issue with is the shares of EMPM that are issued and outstanding, in the hands of the bagholders of its prior business. They currently own 100% of the equity of the alleged Korean EV company (heavy emphasis on alleged), now they’d have to share with the bagholders, 35%!
Ain’t happening, it’s just a bait and switch. The “CEO” already said they haven’t even discussed it, too, so there’s that.
I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
