is that going to be the excuse for having no partners or contracts or agreements or deals by day 180? COVID 19? Or a bear market? or both?

Because that would be BS. COVID 19 isnt stopping this management from getting things done.

As for "market stability" -- pinksheet developmental biotechs are unaffected by the state of the economy and market sentiment, and if they are affected by market instability, it would be to the positive side -- pinksheet developmental biotechs are gold mines during a bear market. Or at least they were in 2008.
