Sorry. Things don’t add up here. They can’t go to otcqb until financials are done. Also even if they were using this stock why wouldn’t they do the name change before trying to get to QB status? Why doesn’t the Korean message board ever mention EMPM? How did they do a stock transfer for the Korean shareholders to EMPM without having an SEC filing? Call it a coordinated attack but I keep seeing too many red flags popping up that are making people hit the sell button.
