Maybe he got off light on that case (Case Number 2019R12632) but it doesn’t really matter. He has another case recently brought by the SEC to contend with (Case Number 20CV0182 BEN LL).

It is very likely his CUBV shares will be forfeited and returned to the treasury. That’s all that really matters to me.
