I need to see value creation, pronto.
To me it seems very unlikely we get a trw-distribution in the near future and probably the dilution made the ratio a lot less attractive to us anyway.

Maybe better if Siaf can get 51% of trw as a compensation for not getting paid their receivables (from trw)
