The only way to get cheap TRW shares is by buying cheap SIAF shares. Let's say for $1. TRW still has to pay that stock dividend, either in shares or in cash. The dividend alone should be worth close to $1.
It's a crazy situation when you are trading at 7 cents.
I think we are passed the mumbo jumbo stage. Solomon already ditched HSA and SJAP because he is having liquidiy problems. And, because it will attract investors like ECAB, Fredly, Garrett or anyone else who has an interest in TRW. Because, let's face it, as long as HSA and SJAP are (were) extracting money, nobody will invest in SIAF.
Something is going on. The only question in my mind is, can they agree on price? Well, they have to.
