Yes, I definitely agree, and that's what Jay said he wanted to do in his last CC. He said they've received overtures regarding one or more parts of the business and that he wanted to sell part of the business to a) pay off debt, and b) invest in additional WiFi buildouts.
Sounds reasonable and wise to me.
