I can say that after 5+ months of dark, that I highly doubt they'll be in compliance with filings. I highly doubt that the next 5 months of darkness will develop into anything less thanfurther dilution.
Let's go with what we know instead of never ending speculations and conjectures. How about a filing to update shareholders? If they're willing to update share count, why not compliance?
