I live in the real world and not on fantasy island. If someone already has Covad, Vascepa is not going to help them. Vascepa doesn't work like popping an aspirin, it takes time. Time is not what people have when the are dying within weeks. Think!

MI@ Absurd that the covid-deadts - almost match where Vascepa would help ?
