I agree that it could be an old timer selling the 2 mil. It could also be a reaction to the delays we have had coupled with the drop in oil prices.
I take it by your statement on "2 ml shares to sell" You are also getting PM's asking if you are the seller. I've gotten a couple. They should be more worried about multiple smaller sellers than a couple large sellers. The volume just doesn't support a large sell. It would be idiotic for me to even attempt to sell. Especially now at a low point. My shares are not for sale.
