Maybe it’s an old timer? When they had to certify shareholder list, they mail out letters to last known address of holders...this alerts them that something is going on....if they were able to deposit paper certs or already had the shares in an old account they forgot...they could be foolishly selling just like that guy last year that dumped big pile for a huge tax loss....insiders aren’t selling....i don’t have 2 ml shares to sell....there can’t be many that do...better to get rid of big sellers down low here before big things start happening again....imo
